How do I book a tour or activity on Alwani?
Search for a destination or activity, pick a date and the number of travelers, and pay securely online. Your booking is confirmed instantly and a confirmation is sent to your email, so there's no waiting for a reply from the operator.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Yes. Once your payment goes through, your spot is reserved immediately and you receive an email confirmation with your booking details. There is no manual approval step.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely, so you can pay with major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never stored on our servers.
What currency am I charged in?
All bookings are charged in Thai Baht (THB), the local currency. You can preview prices in your own currency across the site, but the amount taken by your bank is in THB at your card provider's exchange rate.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. One policy applies to every activity: cancel from My Bookings at least 24 hours before the activity starts and you receive a full refund to the payment method you used. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded, and a booking can't be cancelled once the activity has started. PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer; TrueMoney and card refunds are only possible within their time limits.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No printing required. Your email confirmation and booking details are all you need: just show them on your phone at the meeting point.
Where and when do I meet for my activity?
Each activity page lists the meeting point, the start time and, where offered, hotel pickup details. You'll also find these in your confirmation email so everything is in one place on the day.
Are the activities suitable for families and children?
Many are. Every activity page describes what's included, the itinerary, and any age or fitness requirements, so you can choose experiences that fit your group before you book.
