All bookings are charged in Thai Baht (THB), the local currency. You can preview prices in your own currency across the site, but the amount taken by your bank is in THB at your card provider's exchange rate.

Yes. One policy applies to every activity: cancel from My Bookings at least 24 hours before the activity starts and you receive a full refund to the payment method you used. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded, and a booking can't be cancelled once the activity has started. PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer; TrueMoney and card refunds are only possible within their time limits.

No printing required. Your email confirmation and booking details are all you need — just show them on your phone at the meeting point.
